Why this exists

For a long time I thought I was tired. For years I gave, I carried, I supported and worked through life, and I asked far less than what I knew I needed, calling myself “low maintenance” and “easy going”. And when it finally caught up with me, I did what you are supposed to do. I rested.

It did not work. I slept and woke with nothing. I took the afternoon off and felt further away from myself at the end of it than at the beginning.

What I eventually understood is that I wasn’t just exhausted, I was empty. And that is not something that is simply solved by resting, because a woman with nothing left in her has lost the capacity to receive, and most importantly, to give to herself.

You were handed the second half of a sequence without the first.

So we do not begin with just rest.

We begin with reclaiming our fire, the aliveness that comes before receiving is possible at all. Then we pause and let it settle. Then, and only then, we turn toward nourishment.

Fire  →  Integration  →  Nourishment.

That is the order. And it is the reason this Program exists.

She has not disappeared. She has been buried beneath everything that needed her attention.

You know how to keep things moving. You are the one who notices what needs doing before anyone asks. You answer the message at eleven at night. You hold the thread of other people's lives so reliably that nobody thinks to check whether anyone is holding yours.

And somewhere along the way you became very good at pouring from a well you had not taken the time to fill.

This is for the woman who feels the call to turn inward. Who wants to know herself beneath the identities she carries. Who wants to find her body, her pleasure, her needs, her fire and her capacity to receive.

Not because something is wrong with her.

Because something in her is asking to be remembered.

A seasonal threshold. A time to clear some of the noise, remember what matters, and tend what has been neglected.

We begin at our root. With our body. With our blood, our instinct, our vitality, and our desire of being alive.

Fire is an invitation to meet the parts of you that have been there underneath the exhaustion all along.

The parts that want, that create, that move, that feel, that intuit — that know where this life is supposed to lead you.

Within the symbolic language of this journey, Red Jasper anchors the descent into the body and the earth, whilst Ruby carries the blood, the life force, the passion and preciousness of your being into awareness and consciousness.

This is where you remember the fire within.

Root.  Activate.  Remember.

The Integration

Fire is only as good as it is integrated.

We will take nine days to let what has been awakened settle into our bodies. We give our body the space to distribute it, to make meaning of what has moved, and to transform experience into wisdom.

This is not an absence of practice.

The spaciousness is the practice.

NOURISHMENT

Once the fire has been remembered, we turn towards water. Towards receiving. Towards the part of womanhood that knows how to soften enough to be nourished by life, and to go with her own flow.

Jade carries harmony, nourishment and coolness. Pearl brings the moon, the waters, and the luminous things formed slowly in darkness.

This phase now asks a different question.

What would it mean to let yourself receive — in rest, in pleasure, in your own beauty, in support, in slowness? Not as something you have earned, but as something you are inherently worthy of receiving.

Receive.  Replenish.  Nourish.  Fill your well.

What we will be working with

Throughout this journey we will be supported by various practices that are deeply special and sacred, and that have accompanied me throughout years of tending to my own being. And now I share them with you.

These are found in the mysteries of the sacred feminine throughout cultures.

What follows is the language of the alchemical and spagyric traditions these come from. It is how these materials have been understood and used across centuries, and I offer it as a symbolic and traditional framework.

The root fire

Red jasper carries the ancient, slow-burning fire that lives at the core of the earth — not the fire that flickers and dances, but the fire that holds mountains together.

She anchors you into your body, your blood, your primal feminine strength. Traditionally connected to the root, she is worked with for warmth and circulation in the pelvis, and for grounding the nervous system into a deep sense of safety and belonging.

Red jasper does not ask you to open. She asks you to arrive. To feel your own weight on the earth. To remember that your power doesn't need to perform — it needs to be rooted.

For the woman who has to come home to her body before anything else, she is the stone that says: you are held.

Spagyric fifth essence

Tradition — Known in India as the king of gems, Ruby has symbolised life, passion and power. The Egyptians saw it as the heart of the Sun. The Greeks linked it with vitality and ardent love. Kings and warriors carried it for protection and courage.

Traditionally worked with for — Energy and revitalisation. In the spagyric tradition Ruby is held to stimulate circulation, to act as a general tonic, and to support a body recovering from weakness, exhaustion and loss of motivation. It is the essence of desire, libido, and the will to live.

Emotionally and energetically — Ruled by the Sun and Mars, Ruby is said to ignite passion, self-confidence and enthusiasm; to move through fear; and to restore creative power and purposeful action.

Jade Yoni Egg

The harmoniser

Nephrite · Planetary signature: Venus · Element: Earth, Water

Jade is the most ancient and trusted stone in yoni egg work — used for centuries across cultures as a stone of balance, longevity and quiet wisdom.

She does not push in any direction. She meets your body exactly where it is and gently brings everything toward centre. Cooling, nourishing and stabilising, jade is worked with to support pelvic health, to settle the nervous system, and to build a steady, sustainable relationship between you and your womb space.

She is earth with water running through her — the fertile ground from which everything else can grow.

Pearl

Spagyric fifth essence

Tradition — Formed within water, Pearl has symbolised purity, wisdom and transmutation. China associated it with immortality, India with prosperity and wisdom, Greece with love and serenity. In alchemy she represents irritation transformed into beauty.

Traditionally worked with for — Rich in calcium and amino acids, Pearl is held in the spagyric tradition to be a regenerative and calming tonic — nourishing to skin and bone, supportive of restorative sleep, and steadying to the nervous and hormonal systems.

Emotionally and energetically — Ruled by the Moon, Pearl is said to bring softness, introspection, compassion, patience and empathy. She calms the heart in vulnerability and transition, and restores trust in the natural cycles of life.

The journey

The rhythm

Practices, reflection and rituals woven into your ordinary days will be a part of this journey. Expect this to take between two and three hours a week, knowing that you can also go deeper if your capacity allows, or if you choose to.

If a week arrives where you want to go deeper, the material is there for you. If a week arrives where you can only manage the smallest version, that is a real part of the practice too.

Lifetime access

To everything — practices, materials, recordings. This is a passage you can walk again, if you ever choose to do so.

A small, held circle

This is a temple to practice in, to be witnessed in, and to listen to yourself more honestly in the company of other women walking the same path.

If you miss a week

You will have every practice and every recording. You are not behind. You will find your own flow within this circle.

The gatherings

Five live gatherings, on the moons.

We meet on each New and Full Moon inside the container, so that the circle moves with a rhythm larger than any of our individual schedules — and so you can begin to notice how your own cycle sits inside that larger one.

What this asks of you

There is nothing you need to become before entering this journey. You come exactly as you are, wanting to feel your own being more deeply.

But I do want to be honest about what it asks.

It asks you to take two to three hours a week and give them to yourself — to your own honouring, your own becoming. Not to another task, another person, another thing that needs you first.

And it asks you to trust the order. Fire, then the pause, then nourishment — even on the days when part of you would rather go straight to lying down.

I can hold the container. I can walk beside you and give you everything I know, everything I have found in my own body and in the bodies of the women I have worked with. I can make the space warm enough and safe enough that you never have to perform inside it.

The turning toward yourself is the part that is yours. And that is not the hard part — it is the whole gift. Nobody can give you back to yourself. They can only keep the room lit while you find your own way there.

If something in you is already saying yes — that yes is where it begins.

Blood descends.

Seeds descend into the earth.

Roots descend before anything blooms.

The womb is hidden. The cave is dark, and much of what is most precious begins somewhere we cannot immediately see.

We live in a culture that asks us to rise, to perform, to produce, to become visible, to reach further.

This asks the opposite.
